RM Liner 100

Description: It is the concrete based undercoat for cementation which is polymer, modifiable, and which has an only ingredient.  It is a material which is used to protect the iron kit from the corrosion.

Features: It is just mixed with water.It is easy to apply.It extremely sticks to steel and concrete.It protects the equipment from humidity.                            It can be applied by the system of spraying. The resistance of mechanic is high.

Application:

The preparation of the surface: The surface on which the application is done must be clean and purified from all kinds of substances such as dust, oil, dirt. The surface must be wetted.

The preparation of the liner: For a 25 kg plastic bag, 4,5 – 5 kg water is put into a suitable pot. RM Liner is slowly added to the water by means of a mixer with low speed. It is mixed till it becomes homogeny. (3 – 5 minutes).

Note: The mortar must be like slurry that drops a little.

The application of prepared liner: After the liner is applied by means of spraying and tough brush until it becomes 1mm, the same activity is repeated after 3 – 4 hours. The mortar of repair is applied before the liner dries up.

                            Application Temperature    : + 5°C and + 30°C

                            Storing: In its original package, 6 months in dry conditions(at + 5°C and + 30°C ).

                            Consumption: 1,5 – 1,9 kg./ mm. / m²
