RM 130 E Repair Mortar fitted out with Fiber

Description: RM 130 is a concrete based repair mortar with an only ingredient. It is polymer and modifiable.

Application:

                   The preparation of the surface: The surface on which the application is done must be clean and purified from all kinds of substances such as dust, oil, dirt and substance that prevents from sticking. The surface must be lined with sticking undercoat and application should be started before the liner dries up.

                  The preparation of the mortar: For a 25 kg plastic bag, 4,5 – 5 kg water is put into a suitable pot. RM 130 is slowly added to the water by means of a mixer with low speed. It is mixed till it becomes homogeny. (3 – 5 minutes).

                  The application of mortar: The mortar is scattered by means of the trowel and spatula as in needed thickness. In order to prevent it from drying easily in hot, windy and sunny weather, the surface should be wetted or the system of cure should be applied. The mortar should be used without being waited. (10 – 30 minutes)
