SL 100 Levelling Mortar which Spreads Automatically
Description: It is the concrete based levelling mortar which is polymer, modifiable, and which has an only ingredient. Application Areas: It is used for the floors of constructions which are exposed to light cargo, workplaces, garages, large stores, at houses to get a smooth surfaces, at linoleum, PVC, ceramics, parquet, and it is used as levelling alum underneath the floors which are covered with carpet. Features: It constitutes the ground underneath the floor coats. (linoleum, PVC, carpet, epoxy, parquet, ceramics, marble etc.) It is easy to apply. By dispersing itself, it eradicates the asperity of the ground where it is applied. It is suitable for the grounds which are heated from the ground. It is opened for the pedestrians in a short time. Application: The preparation of the surface: If the application is going to be done on a new concrete, it must have taken its cure. The surface on which the practice is done must be clean and purified from all kinds of substances such as dust, oil, dirt, and the substance that prevents adherence. If there are some parts to be repaired on the ground, they must be repaired with suitable RM repair mortar and the ground must be lined with SL undercoat. The preparation of the mortar: For a 25 kg plastic bag, 5 – 5.5 kg water is put into a suitable pot. SL 100 is slowly added to the water by means of a mixer with low speed. It is mixed till it becomes homogeny. (3 – 5 minutes). The application of prepared mortar: After the mortar is poured to the surface, it is scattered with the help of a suitable trowel till it reaches the intended thickness. A hedgehog roll is used to remove the bubbles. The thickness of application is 2 – 6 mm once. If the application is required to be 6 – 25 mm, 6 – 7 kg - 0 – 4 mm of quartz sand is added into 25 kg. SL100. The mortar should be used in advance. (10- 30 minutes) Technical Information: Package : a 25 kg barrel, a 1 tone palette.
