SZM 300 Corundum Based Concrete Surface Hardeners
Description: It is a mixture of a material which consists of SZM 300 cement, pigment, chemical ingredients, tough mineral (Corundum) aggregate and ready powder concrete surface hardeners. It is applied to the floors which are exposed to strong mechanical abrasion.
Application Areas: Floor coverings of houses, industrial and commercial buildings Garages, petrol stations, car parks Places where storage and loading are done Workplaces, factories, shipyards Shops, offices, supermarkets, large stores etc.
Features: It enables the highly resistance of surface abrasion. It decreases the surface’s getting dusty It increases the life-span of surface. Different colours are available (grey, light grey, yellow, red and green) Different colours apart from primary colours are provided for special usages. It is quite durable against the bumps and freeze.
Application : After the process of lining and moulding of concrete – the thickness is at least 8 cm has finished, if there is water on the surface it is taken. Depending on the heat of the atmosphere, the plug of the first 45 minutes is waited. Then SZM 300 is scattered to the surface twice as 5 kg./ m². ². After chopper, trowel, polish processes have finished, it is finished by applying the cure as 0,2 kg./ m² in advance. Note: In colourful applications 7 kg./ m², and for highly resistance 9 kg./ m² are advised to use.
